Because He Lives!

This is my response to a post on a  Pastor’s page ( his response was he was saddened for his “dismissal “) to his response about the news on Carl Lentz being fired from his position. -Forgive me and I say this with much respect - You are saddened to hear of his “dismissal “?!   Why not call it what it is . I’m saddened that he committed an adulterous relationship .  Aren’t you?  I’m saddened that another marriage has been dreadfully violated. I’m saddened that another man of God ,   fell to the temptations of the flesh . Pride is very subtle.  James 1:4-16 “14 But each person is tempted when he is lured and enticed by HIS OWN DESIRE . 15 Then desire when it has conceived gives birth to sin, and sin when it is fully grown brings forth death. 16 Do not be deceived, my beloved brothers.” I’m saddened for his children.   In the morning  at the time of prayer if your heart is heavy with the issues of this life. He says’ Come unto me “ (Matthew 11:28) Being confident in this “He is willing “ (Luke 5:13) Take your heart with all of its issues, take it before your Heavenly Abba and pour it out before Him. Appealing to Him , knowing this is the safest place you could be right now. In that  secret place (Matthew 6:6) crying out for him to hear you. O my King and my God!  Send help Lord, will you hear me? In the morning as my prayer comes before you!  Pray through Psalm 5.  BECAUSE HE LIVES!  5  Listen to what I say,   Lord ! Tending to the children (if you have littles at home.) Being watchful and prayerful. Not neglecting our call as wives & mother’s. All things are for His glory! There is a sense of beauty in our day to day lives as homemakers. I encourage you to take sometime to enjoy what’s around you. Whose around you. I take out my fine dishes and I use them and enjoy them. You can do the same and enjoy them with those you love. Proverbs 17:22 says’ A merry heart doeth good like a medicine.” Keeping a joyful heart is like medicine. Strong’s definition says “ it’s a cure . A joyful heart gives a happy healing.
